Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization and a return authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact your Account Executive or call Arthur Elliott at (704) 856-3120. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on all packages and included in all related correspondence. Returns are only accepted for new or unused items in original condition.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part during production. Please note, we are not responsible for any freight damage.

Shortages or Damaged Items

Claims for shortages or damaged products must be reported to your Account Executive within 10 business days of receiving the product.

Restocking Fee

All returns of new, non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Defective Goods

Defective items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. All defective items will undergo an inspection by the manufacturer and/or Arthur Elliott. If the item is confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be issued. If the returned product is not found to be defective, no replacement will be issued.
